Webinar recording (with attorney Robert Blinstrubas)
Below is the recording of our last webinar with attorney Robert Blinstrubas.
Sound quality is definitely not the best, but considering neither Robert nor I attempted to sing, I guess it’s acceptable.
The recording is edited in order to make it shorter. If you still feel like skipping some parts, make sure you listen at the 11:00 mark where Robert talks about hardship letters and myths surrounding them.
Happy listening and thank you for supporting National Closing Center!

Agent and agent/affiliate: Why register twice?
First and foremost, National Closing Center is a short sale processing company. In order to enjoy our services, agent must register on our home page. The registration is completely free and takes under a minute. Upon registering, an agent is granted access to our web-based short sale processing platform and our brainpower–processors and attorneys.
Since we’ve launched our affiliate program, agents wanting to earn commission by referring their colleagues to NCC, were required to register again, now on our affiliate page.
Because many of you have asked why double registration was necessary, I decided to address this briefly here on our blog.
It all comes down to proper tracking, accounting and ultimate accuracy.
Short sale processing and affiliate program are two distinct services. In case of short sale processing, NCC provides a service to agents. When it comes to affiliate program, NCC pays agents for referring their fellow Realtors to us. In order to make sure that proper credit is give to a referring party, a sophisticated tracking system is needed. On the other hand, in order to maintain a smoothly running short sale processing platform, a powerful software and plenty of storage is needed. In addition, as NCC is paying referring agents commission, we need to collect W-9s.
So, to put it simply: there are too many sensitive information being stored as well as different tasks being executed by different kinds of software. Also, not every agent who wants to use our short sale processing services is willing to be our affiliate, and we certainly do not want to force this option on anyone, nor do we want to make signing up process more complicated.
To sum up, we made a decision that agents willing to earn commission should register separately and agree to different terms and conditions. We did our best to make both registration forms as simple and self-explanatory as possible.
Please do spread a word about our services and sign up to make easy commission with our affiliate program!
Thank you for being our valued clients and partners!

Our affiliate program is brilliant because of its simplicity.

We look forward to working with you all and putting some extra cash in your pockets!
Less than 3 out of 5 short sales are closed…
A survey conducted by the California Association of Realtors (CAR) has found that less than 3 out of 5 short sales close successfully.
70% of the CAR members have rated their last short sale transaction as difficult to extremely difficult.
These numbers are staggering and sad. And they show one alarming trend: Real estate agents are forced to wear too many hats.
These days, if you’re in real estate, you must be and IT specialist, driver, construction worker, psychologist, financial expert, short sales guru…
This simply does not make sense; and CAR numbers prove that it’s not working.
This is why we created National Closing Center (NCC). So you can focus on being The Realtor, somebody who is knowledgeable and
trustworthy in your community, someone whom people approach when they need help.
We’ll take care of the difficult part: short sale processing. No more frustrating phone conversations with banks. No more uncertainty and no more painfully low closing ratio.
And yes, in case you were wondering: We DO NOT want your credit card, because all our services are absolutely free!!!
Visit http://processingshortsale.com and register.
Also… we’re about to roll out unprecedented affiliate program that means nothing but cash, lots of cash for real estate agents willing to send a few emails a month. Stay tuned!
