Great news to our current and prospective affiliates. Unique “smart” affiliate links are working!

From now on, you don’t need to give your prospects your promo code. Once again, you spoke, we listened. Affiliate promo codes have been replaced with affiliate links. All you have to do is give the link to your prospects. When they click on the link, the promo code will be filled in automatically.

In addition, once the agent clicks on the link, our software will remember his/her computer ID even if he/she does not sign up immediately. If they sign up for short sale processing with NCC within a year from the initial visit to the website, you will still be recorded by our software as the person who referred them. In other words, you will be compensated as long as they close short sales with NCC.

Upon reviewing registered users at processingshortsale.com, we noticed a lot of “dormant” accounts. Every day tens of real estate professionals would register to become our members, but hesitate to submit their first short sale processing request. Recently we have made some changes so that working with your short sale files would be even easier. Maybe this will make you finally go ahead and try out RealtyProx and NCC.

The most visible changes is that we have added an extra link called Prospective short sale leads. It’s located right under the Lead icon, next to Lead list. This feature enables you to start inputing and organizing information right after you receive a lead. Enter the name and a phone number of your prospect, click Add and your lead is saved!

Return back when you are sure the prospect is a solid lead and start filling in the blanks. When all the required information is gathered, click Start Processing, write a note to the NCC administration (a person responsible for expediting your files to negotiators), and wait for a notice that a negotiators has been assigned.
