By ticking the checkbox next to the “Affiliate Agreement” link and clicking “Submit” you unconditionally accept the following agreement between National Closing Center Corp., hereinafter referred to as NCC, and you, Marketing Representative.
Represent and sell NCC products/services in the area of Short Sale Negotiations
Accurately represent and state NCC’s policies to all potential and present customers.
Promptly present all leads and orders to NCC.
Inform NCC if the Marketing Representative is representing, or plans to represent any other business firm associated with Short Sale Negotiations and processing. In no event shall marketing representative represent a competitive company or product line in the area of Short Sale Negotiations and processing.
Provide NCC 30-days notice should the Representative intend to terminate this agreement.
Return promptly all materials and samples provided by NCC to the Representative, if either party terminates this agreement.
1. Pay the following commissions to the Marketing Representative:
One hundred dollars ($100.00) for each real estate short sale deal provided to NCC which consequently closes from a real estate source provided by the Marketing Representative.
2. To grant Representative 30-days notice should NCC wish to terminate this agreement.
3. To pay commissions to the Representative on sales from existing customers for a period of three (3) months after this agreement is terminated by the marketing representative, if and only if, said marketing representative’s representation of NCC was not terminated by NCC beforehand or determined by NCC that representative’s representation of NCC was to be terminated for cause by NCC.
4. This constitutes the entire agreement.
5. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their successors and assigns.
