Example: Let's say you're a real estate agent who has contacts of at least 100 other real estate agents. You register as our affiliate. Email all 100 of your fellow real estate agents and let them know about an opportunity to have their short sales processed by NCC. Instruct them to use your promo code if they decide to sign up. Suppose 10 out of 100 do sign up (which is a very conservative number, because you'd be contacting agents that you know personally, not acting as a company trying to market itself). If 5 out of 10 agents close at least 1 short sale a month, you'll make extra $500 a month jus by sending one email.

How does it work?

1. Register as an affiliate (fill in the form on the right side of this page).

2. Receive your affiliate promo code.

3. Let real estate agents know about NCC. Spread the word about the best short sale processing service that also happens to be absolutely FREE. Don't forget to share the news on Facebook and Twitter.

4. Direct agents to www.processingshortsale.com and ask them to sign up with your promo code. Make sure they have the code and understand its significance. You will not receive your commission if agents do not enter your promo code during signup!

5. Let our software do the work. Every person that signs up with your promo code is automatically associated with your account. To track the activity, visit http://www.processingshortsale.com/affiliates, log in with your user name and password and click on Reports.

6. Get paid! Every time an agent referred by you closes a short sale, you will be notified by email and receive a flat-rate commission. There is no limit as to how many short sales an agent can close. You will be compensated even if you stop recruiting new agents, as long as your old ones are active and keep processing and closing their short sales with NCC.

Attention marketers and experienced sales professionals!

If you have a solid experience in sales and recruiting, you might be interested in our account executive (manager) position. Managers are super affiliates who recruit, train and manage their own affiliate teams. They are compensated every time their team member brings in an agent who closes a short sale with NCC. Managers are compensated at a higher commission rate than regular affiliates. You need to have at least 5 agents registered with your promo code; each of them must have at least one active short sale being processed by NCC in order to apply for manager's position.
